Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, will generally be processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will normally be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to amend the delivery address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you need to make changes to your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after your order has been processed or dispatched.
